Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel seven or more days ahead for a 50% refund of your deposit.
Within 7 days
Cancellations inside seven days of arrival are non-refundable.
No-show
Failure to arrive without notice forfeits the full deposit.

Skardu weather can ground flights - we protect your dates:
Flight cancelled
If your flight to Skardu is grounded, we shift your stay to new dates free of charge.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out can be arranged for a surcharge, subject to availability.
How far is the resort from the airport?
Five minutes. We sit on Airport Road, Astana Skardu (Shigri Kalan), a short scenic transfer we can arrange for you.
How do I confirm a booking?
A 50% advance deposit confirms your dates. Message us on WhatsApp and our concierge handles the rest.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before arrival for a 50% refund. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
What if my flight to Skardu is cancelled?
Skardu weather can ground flights. Our weather-protection guarantee lets you rebook affected dates. Just tell us and we will move your stay.
